Free blasting units

High production blast units 25 – 320 litres
For high performance blasting, e.g. derusting, descaling, deburring roughening etc. For universal surface treatment on metal, concrete, stone, wood and synthetics.


Resources required:

  • Compressed air flow between 2-10 m³/min at 7 bar, depending on nozzle size
  • Abrasive

SkidMate
The „all in one“ mobile blasting system, allowing the use of all types of abrasive (even finer than < 50 µmm) in dry, humid and wet blasting mode. Compressor, after cooler water pump and water tank are integrated in the frame.


Resources required:

  • Gasoline 95 Roc
  • Abrasive
  • Water (depending on mode of operation)


Dust free blasting units

EDUCT-O-MATIC
Light weight system (3,5 kg) which blasts, and removes dust and abrasive from the workpiece surface on injector basis. Special formed “brush pieces” allow the blasting of welding seams, angles, tubes and corners.

  • Compressed air flow approx. 1,5 m³/min at 7 bar

STF 50 Dust free blast unit
Heavy duty dust free blasting unit on a frame (120x80cm) with wheels. This unit is built for bigger jobs, e.g. touch up, spot blasting etc. and can be equipped either with electrical or compressed air driven vacuum units.

  • Compressed air flow between 5-10 m³/min
  • Abrasive


Special blast units

Dry ice blasting units
With this system delicate surfaces can be cleaned without masking and abrasive removal. Often cleaning jobs can be done without interruption of the production process.

Compressed air after coolers

Compressed Air After-cooler ACA-008-PN
With the cooling of compressed air, any humidity developing in the compressor or the hoses is eliminated. Clumping of the abrasive and resulting downtimes can thus be avoided.

Mobile abrasive reclaim unit

Norclean Vacuum unit
This unit is designed to reclaim abrasive which is contaminated with dust and/or paint chips. Electric as well as compressed air driven vacuum heads available.

Mobile dust collectors
This unit is designed to displace 12000 m³/h of air contaminated either with dust from the blasting process or with solvents from the painting process.
